Cuddleluna is a plush toy brand created by Yangzhou Jinsu Toys Co., Ltd. Here's a bit about who we are and how our products come together.

Our Story

Yangzhou Jinsu Toys Co., Ltd. has been producing stuffed animals since 2016, based in Yangzhou, China. What started as a small workshop grew into a dedicated production facility with an in-house team of toy pattern and mold designers who develop new plush designs from initial sketch to finished sample. Cuddleluna was launched as the company's consumer-facing brand for the US market, so customers can order directly rather than going through a separate retailer.

From Our Factory to Your Home

Our plush toys are designed and produced at our facility in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, then shipped in bulk to our warehouse in New York, where US orders are packed and sent out. This means that when you place an order on Cuddleluna, your package ships domestically from our US warehouse, even though the toy itself was made at our factory overseas. We think it's worth being upfront about how that process works.

How We Approach Production

Every plush toy goes through a standard production process: fabric cutting, stitching, stuffing, and an inspection step before packing. Our in-house design team handles pattern development, so new products go through prototyping and sampling before moving into full production. No factory can promise flawless output on every unit, and we won't claim otherwise — but we do run a defined inspection step in our process, and we stand behind our products through the terms outlined on our Return & Refund Policy page.

Our Approach to Customers

Our day-to-day approach comes down to two things: staying responsive to customers, and not letting our own standards stay static. In practice, that means our customer service team, based in the US and reachable during our posted business hours, is who you'll actually talk to if something's wrong with an order. We'd rather resolve a problem directly than leave you chasing us for a response.
