Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cuddleluna. This page explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order, along with estimated timelines and shipping fees. Please read it before checking out so you know what to expect.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team needs 1–3 business days to process it before it ships out. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packing. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET are processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Where We Ship

Cuddleluna currently ships within the United States only. All orders are shipped from our US warehouse, so you won't need to worry about international customs delays for delivery within the US.

We currently ship only to the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). Delivery availability and shipping fees are as follows:

Free Shipping Terms

Free shipping applies only to orders of $40 or more shipped within the continental United States. At this time, we are unable to accept or fulfill orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, small outlying islands, military addresses (APO/FPO), or other US territories. If your shipping address falls into one of these categories, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm whether delivery is possible.

Possible Delays

The delivery estimates above are provided in good faith based on normal operating conditions. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as  severe weather, public holidays, or carrier delays. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout before completing your order. Cuddleluna is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before it ships.
