This page explains how payment works when you shop with Cuddleluna, including which payment method we accept and how we keep your transaction secure.

Accepted Payment Method

At this time, Cuddleluna accepts payment through PayPal only. We chose PayPal as our sole payment method because it offers strong transaction security and a checkout experience most US shoppers are already familiar with. The payment options shown at checkout on our website will only ever reflect PayPal, so what you see at checkout is what we actually support — we don't display payment logos or methods that we don't process.

Through PayPal's checkout, you can pay using your PayPal account balance, a linked bank account, or a linked credit or debit card, depending on what you have set up with PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, PayPal generally allows guest checkout with a credit or debit card as well; availability of this option is determined by PayPal, not by us.

Payment Security

All payments are processed directly through PayPal's secure payment system. We do not collect or store your full card number, PayPal password, or bank account details on our own servers. Every transaction is encrypted and handled under PayPal's own security and buyer protection framework, giving you an added layer of protection separate from our website.

Currency

All prices on our website are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

When You're Charged

Your PayPal account or linked payment method is charged at the time you complete checkout and your order is successfully placed. If for any reason we're unable to fulfill your order (for example, an item turns out to be unavailable), we will contact you and issue a refund back to your original PayPal payment method.

Billing Information Accuracy

Please make sure the billing information linked to your PayPal account is accurate and up to date before completing checkout. Incorrect billing details may cause your payment to be delayed, declined, or flagged for review by PayPal.

Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment doesn't go through, this is typically handled and communicated by PayPal directly, since PayPal manages the authorization process. If you run into a failed payment, we'd recommend checking your PayPal account for details, or reaching out to PayPal support. If the issue persists, feel free to contact our customer service team and we'll do our best to help.

Order Confirmation

Once your PayPal payment is successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us. If you don't see it in your inbox within a short while, please check your spam folder or contact us to confirm your order went through.
